As one of Addington and Kent's leading care agencies, we invest in our high and low dependency care team, arranging specialist courses in bereavement and loss, health and safety, manual handling and dealing with conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer's. We ensure that all our home care providers have, or are working towards, NVQ Level 2 in care and we pay for carers with the potential to do more to take the higher NVQ levels.
Our home care agency is also recognised as one with extremely high quality standards, through being a Social Services Approved Home Care Provider as well as through memberships of the Kent Integrated Care Alliance and the Care Quality Commission.
